At MILESTONE Job Consultancy, we firmly believe that recruitment service is not just about providing the best matched candidates to employers rather, it is about understanding the requirements and aspirations of our clients, so that we can provide best candidates that would help to achieve the organization's goals effectively. After understanding the requirements, job description etc., we develop and follow a recruitment strategy that would allow us to get the right candidate that would complement the organization's success.

How we work?

• Step 1. Employers send us job descriptions of the open positions that are vacant and need to be filled.
• Step 2. We shortlist the candidates that meet the requirements from the pool of CVs we have in our database.
• Step 3. We send those shortlisted CVs to the organization for their review and selection.
• Step 4. Arrange and co-ordinate the interviews of the preferred candidates.
